Win City (0 - 0) AFC Portchester

A hard fought 0-0 draw today against a very physical and hard Portchester team. Although no goals a very good game with both sides giving their all and both having chances. For me, Gareth Barfoot was my man of the match being at his very best to preserve the clean sheet with some outstanding goalkeeping. City had a strong penalty shout in the second half when Zach was pulled down in the box, but the Ref waved it away, he also booked Chris Mason for diving, and as it was his second yellow, he had to go, but again it looked more of a penalty then a dive, and portchester had a couple of chances and should have scored but a combination of last ditch defending and great goalkeeping kept them out. Petersfield and Moneyfields both dropping points make for a very interesting run in to the end of the season.
